RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
You may request an exchange or return for any product within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of delivery, except for the following:Natural fur products, including fur coats and jackets ordered through our pre-order service and made according to the customer’s requested size, are non-returnable.Pre-order dresses are specially reserved and prepared based on the customer’s request. Detailed sizing information is provided before purchase; therefore, pre-order dresses cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances once the order has been confirmed and payment has been completed.Exchange requests are accepted once only. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.Note:Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, including both the original delivery cost and the return shipping cost.IMPORTANT NOTICEAll dresses are carefully inspected by our Quality Control Team prior to shipment to ensure they are free from defects and in perfect condition before being sent to you.We kindly ask that dresses be tried on with extreme care and kept in their original condition. Please ensure that your skin is free from makeup and avoid using perfumes, incense, or scented products while trying on the dress.CASES WHERE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTEDReturns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:• Products returned without original tags, labels, packaging, or any included accessories.• Return requests submitted after the allowed return period of 3 days from the delivery date.• Products showing any signs of use, including perfume odors, stains, marks, damage, alterations, or products not returned in the same condition in which they were received.• Products with the safety tag removed.• Swan Boutique reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspecting the returned item and verifying its condition.• Products with tampered, altered, or removed serial numbers.HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY REFUND?You may return the product within 3 days of receiving it, provided it is in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.Upon receiving the returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection. If any defect, damage, sign of use, perfume odor, stain, alteration, or any condition indicating that the item is not in its original state is found, Swan Boutique reserves the right to reject the return request and send the item back to the customer.If the dress passes inspection and is confirmed to be in its original condition, the refund process will begin. The refund will be issued to the same payment card used for the purchase and may take between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the card type and the issuing bank.Swan Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment providers. Please note that refunds cannot be issued in cash under any circumstances.To request a return or exchange, please send a WhatsApp message including your order number and the reason for the request. A courier will be arranged to collect the item, or a return shipping label will be provided.
